This item is a Mark II* with a standard lever marked with issue cartouches, and has not been modified in any way, as many seen today are. It is in perfect working condition with a great bore, its exterior shows true historical wear, adding to its "if it could only talk" mystique. It was the rapid fire rifle of its period, the height of technology of the British Empire. Winchester model 12 Riot Gun A rare WWI Military riot shotgun, it is a Vietnam refurbished 12 gauge cylinder bored 20" barrel shotgun with the usual aluminum stock buttplate and original blue on all exterior metal parts. It bears no U.S. military issue marks as is common to some 80%+ of WWI riot guns, per Joe Poyer's book, US Winchester Trench & Riot Guns (pages 4 & 27), but shows all the characteristics of its origin and use. The serial # is 164xxx and can be traced accordingly. A desirable collector piece worthy of any WWI collection. USED $1,195.
Winchester model 12, cal 16 gauge A 1950's production 28" inch pump in 16 gauge, this shotgun was made to fire on closing the pump for fast action firing in the early part of the last century.
