1899 Carbine A very unique piece of history in its condition, this caliber 30-40 Krag Carbine is all original, and appears in chapter 9 of the Krag Rifle Story (Mallory, Olsen) with corresponding photos.. Its history and that of the changes made from the 1898 carbine make for excellent historical reading, since this rifle seems to fit in the early production series before minor additional changes were made. Its condition is all complete and excellent, with some minor bore wear and the stock markings having been mostly removed by a previous owner. USED $985. |
